No there is such thing as a D15B in Japan. Rated at 115 horsepower (6,500 RPM). Low-end engine on the Civic and the Civic Ferio.

that looks like k20a3 (rsx base motor. not new si)
if you want boost later on. k20a2 or k20a3 would be good idea too

i think that d15b has the 3-stage vtec (doesn't make it fast, but it boosts fuel economy and low end i think)

Dunno about the 3 stage, but there are three different D15 engines too. One on the iE trim is the "lean burn" v-tec which is econo-v-tec. The other on the C4 is non-vtec. The L4 has the standard v-tec.
