My g/f is thinking of trading in her Trailblazer for one ... Black 2003, .... wondered if anyone has had an Escalade or knows of anyone who has one, what their like, any problems the usual stuff - any coments would be appreciated, thanks

I like them....True that it costs like $60 to fill it up with gas, and the insurance is high....If you got the money and you can afford the gas and the insurance, I think she should go for it. If not I would stick with the truck she has now

I haven't seen any stock Escalades in a really long time. You'd think GM put chrome dubs on them from the factory.

well the one at the dealer had chrome 18 stock on them ..... and no she is neither, she workd in real estate .... and has a business on the side doing driver therapy for those who are in accidents or ill and need to learn how to drive again

I would go with the pearl white. Black is a really tough color to take care of...especially on a really large truck
