They're not different. It's called staggered sizing. The rear wheels are wider than the front, but the offset stays the same, giving the rears the "deep dish" look that you see. Diablos run 315 width in the back and 285 in the front (I think... The Murcelago is that way). It just puts more rubber in the back where most of the power gets put down (the car is AWD, but primarily rear wheel), and when you have 500+ HP... the more tire you got, the more likely it is that it will actually stick to the pavement rather than just spin.

Yeah those cars are too expensive...you got to be a baller to own one. When I used to work for Porsche I couldnt believe that people were paying between $1100 and $1500 a month for a 996 convertible....Its crazy
