This is about the longest thread that I started. I have a 01 LX Sedan, 18,000 mi. about 2 years. I'll probably keep it at least another year. The question is whether to get another Civic.

i have a 01 EX with 21K miles, i wish i woulda got a manual, but it was the only one they had.. and since im financing it, when the same car< (NBP COUPE 5SP wiht same miles(14K at the time) came in the dealler the next effing day... i couldnt trade for it =(... but o well...i still love my civic!)

I had an '01 SSM EX coupe that I traded after a year at about 22k, now I have an '03 NBP EX coupe. I love my '03 soooooo much more than I did my '01. No offense to all the '01 guys on here. You can call me an '03 snob if you wish...

Well, it's kind of a long story, but I'll try the C.N. version. I had my '01 for about 14 months or so, then I happened to stop by a Honda dealer to look for a part, but I noticed they were having great deals on Accord to try to get rid of them before the new '03s came out, so I actually ended up trading it for a 2002 Accord V6 LX coupe. That was a nice car, nice V6 power and torque compared to the Civic. Well, I had that car for about a year, then my situation changed where I wanted a lower car pmt, and a car with better gas mileage, so I ended up trading the Accord for my '03 EX coupe. I was also on a lease with the Accord, and I wanted to get out of it and do a purchase, so I went from a lease on that to a purchase on my Civic, and my pmt went down about $50 a month. Anyway, I love the seats/fabric, gauges, console, adjust. wipers, steering, and best of all, the standard '99-'00 Si wheels, that my '01 didn't have. It just almost seems like a different car than my '01, except the exterior of course.
