Well thats the question if you could buy any car that is $30,000 and cheaper what would it be???

Rep Power: 0 The base Z costs $26,828 plus $2,213 in taxes (NY 8.25%) would bring you to $29,041. Add a couple of hundred more for the tags and title and such and you would still be under $30,000

Rep Power: 0 If I had the money and could afford the insurance I'd for the 350Z. Plus Greddy is comin' out w/ a twin turbo upgrade for it and being it's Greddy releasing it it will probably be CARB legal. Can't go wrong with that.
But alas I can't afford a Z so I'm saving up for a WRX.

the m3 is absolutely beautiful and yes theres always gonna be a car faster. now y did u get ur civic.... its good for its price buuuut there is better, sooo. its all a matter of opinion.

Rep Power: 291 id get a simple little 32 skyline gtr.. for about 16gs used ( i got connections simple as that). drop in a turbo, and many other mods and still have enough for a 3000 paint job. 
but then again, just getting a (s14 model year)240sx q, and modding (including a full jdm conversion) that out would be another option
