Hey y'all, Ive got a pretty much bone stock 09 civic dxg and I'm looking to upgrade the exhaust system on it. I want something a little louder than stock but still pretty mellow and came across the Borla Axle-Back S-Type (https://gbpperformance.ca/en/axle-ba...2012-2015.html)

It says its for the 2012-15 Civic but I was wondering if it would still fit on my 09 civ.

If yall have any other suggestions for axle-back systems or info about the fitment I would really appreciate it!

Go on rockauto and see if the part number for a muffler is the same for an 09 and a 12

They're incompatible. The engines are the same but the exhaust routing will have changed.

ahh okay thanks for the heads up! looking at going with the Yonaka Catback now. Similar in price as the Borla and actually meant to fit my car!

I’ve heard decent things about Yonaka. That should be fine.
