2008 Civic won't pass CA Smog Test!

It's only got 70k miles. Serviced regularly BUT won't pass the California Smog Test UNLESS it's driven at 55MPH for an hour RIGHT BEFORE TESTING! Anyone know what is causing this problem?
What needs to be FIXED/REPAIRED/REPLACED? ALL RESPONSES WELCOME!!

Sounds like you have a check engine light that you're clearing before the test. All sensors have to be in ready prior to testing, hence the 55mph for an hour thing.

That said, do you have a check engine light on? If so, get the code read (auto stores like AutoZone read codes for free) and post up what code they say is popping up
