I have a 2013 coupe EX. How do I make the seats more comfortable to support my back for long distance driving?

try to find the seats from a more high end civic and swap those in,
or maybe accord seats could be modified to work.
the problem is you probably have airbags in the seats so changing the seats may cause issues with the airbag system

Thanks for the suggestion. I was thinking of simpler things like maybe adding more foam or things like that to the back of the seat for more support. Not sure if it's possible or not

you can buy lumbar support cushions from pretty much anywhere and use those

Lumbar cushion might be all you need. I would try that first. Adding an extra piece of foam under your butt might help too.
