Looks like this Sunday might be a nice day (weather.com), but it's tough to tell. The forecast always changes. Bleh. Anyway, I'm inviting you all (that's right, anyone in New England and on 7thgencivic.com) to my house for a little install fest. Sam (noname) has some Tein SS coilovers and SPC camber kits to install. I've done the SPC camber kits before. Easy enough. I'll only have a vague clue about the coilovers, but since Mex posted his DIY spring install it seems easy enough.

No beer. That is, I'm not buying any. You can BYOB if you'de like to, but if you're under 21 please don't let me know that you're drinking. That way I have an excuse if the cops happen to show up. LOL j/k I'm not expecting that.

The only other thing that I ask is that the amount of burn-outs, drifts, tail slides, hard braking, engine reving, bass thumping, crashing the car (LOL), be kept to a minimum near my house. The neighbors have small children and they get all protective and parental when they see and hear stuff like that. Bleh. A 100 feet from my house is fair game though.

ill ask mi trabajo if i can get that day off, i dont think it should be a prob. itd be cool to watch n learn :-D. the only thing i wanna install is some inside door panel lights, and relocate my alarm light to the dirver side door lock area. buttt- thats a pain in the *** to wire, i might just watch and chill instead (im a lazy bastard). see you all then!

I'll come if the weather is good. I want to clear my headlights. I'll also have my pillar pod, oil temp (electrical), A/F (electrical), and Boost (mechanical... non-functional for now) gauges to install. That's all if Honda gives me my car back by then. I have to bring it in Friday for them to replace my rear strut, fix something rattling in my vent, and give me an oil change.

I'm of age! Why do you ask, you got a hookup Like Brandon (Mystic3030) once did or somethin'? Anyway, if so then... Heineken, Corona, Becks, any imported beer (even Saporo). LOL Or... If you've got a hookup on those little drinkie-shitz then those Mud-Slides were k3wl. Or maybe those zima-shizzies were k3wl. Basically anything with voltage that you can drink cold ('cause I'll be hawt) works.

Clearing headlights eh... I think the installation of the coilovers and the camber kits will be easier. LOL Seriously. I tried clearing my headlights and it pissed me off. I'm usually very careful and meticulous, but there's no way to clear your headlights without ****ing something up. I'de reconsider. Otherwise, I can sell you some amber 7443's (that is if you don't have any yet).

I'm definately interested in taking a look at all those guages. AND that turbo timer!!!

im gonna have to agree with the DIY king, Grey, on the clearing headlights thing. im pretty meticulous too, and i ****ed up the first time i did mine. one headlight was perfect, the other one was all sorts of wrong. its all fixed now, but dont expect to be done with it in 2 hours like everyone says/thinks. i mean you could do it, but chances are you wont.

I estimate that it's goint to take about 5 hours to install noname's coilovers and camber kits. Maybe only 3 hours if we start working right away and all we do is work. Bleh. Oh yeah, Smokie2k2LX wants to install his gauges too. I think that might take a while. Depends which gauges, but I think it'll take another 3 hours. So... I'de say that we'll be at my house at least until 6:00PM, but most likely all the way to 8:00PM. That's only when the installations will be finished though. Everyone's welcome to stay until like 11:00PM though. I'm sure we'll head on out to grab a bite to eat or something though. Even if we return to my house, then it wouldn't be too late to call it a day at even 1:00AM.
