I just got my Civic back from McCauley's Autobody in Woburn. The owner is really nice and treated me well, and my car looks like brand new again (some punk had slammed into the driver's side of my car and took off).

Interesting...how was their pricing? Last time I was able to ride my car down there to have the body shop see the damage, but this time it's not drivable...
To be honest, I didn't pay much attention to the pricing because I knew that my insurance was going to cover almost all of the costs (I had $2200 in damage). What kind of damage do you have? What happened? Will insurance pay for any of it? When I go home tonight I will look at the bill and see how much things cost. My repairs included a new driver's side door, new front bumper, new driver's side mirror, and a bunch of other stuff.

This is the one I found for my sister. If money is not an issue, then go for it. They do excellent work. Citi Auto Body They will work with your insurance company to have them hand over as much money as they need for the repairs.

Well... Body shops do suspension work too. Although there is minor damage to the body. As long as you tell the bodyshop that a certain part of the car was damaged in the accident, then they will repair it. No problem. They'll work with your insurance company to get as much money out of them as possible.

Ok, now I remember reading your post about that accident. I never thought to ask or check if my suspension was damaged in my accident. I'm sure I'd be feeling something if there were any damage. Ah well... I hope you find a good shop to take care of that for you. I know how much it sucks having a new car hit and being without it while it's being worked on.

Oh indeed it does suck! Yeah, at first I was like all I need is an allignment, but all that changed when I tried to get up my driveway...that's when I knew something was seriously wrong with the suspension....soo bad...

Hey TwilightX,
Sorry to hear about your accident.
I got both the Instant message and the PM, but neither of th links worked.
so I just found out right now!
There is a place in waltham, (I'm not sure if that is closer for you)
It is called Desi's I think.
That is where I had my spoiler painted, and they did a great job.
they also fixed lauren's car there, and did a great job.
well I hope this works, and good luck.
