I've been reading this... thought I'd share some ideas

All are pretty much universal to anything except Project 7. I don't know, maybe the cold medicine is getting to me.

well, i was kinda thinking about other names that didnt contain a reference to location or car, and i got this idea:

Sl.'ide Tuners (Slide Tuners). its a contraction of "Slow Ride Tuners" LOL

what do you think?? hehehehe...its not exclucive sounding, except that it kind of is since only people on the "in" will know what it means. lol
and as far as the logo...maybe have the "S" be a pair of drift tire tracks in the shape of an "S" and the rest regular writing?

ive never seen that show (well...maybe once). its about 1 or 2 guys jumping to different points in time and saving the world?? kind of like quantum leap or something? now THAT show was good!!!

that might be another idea... "Quantum Tuners" / "Quantum Modifiers" [IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-confused.gif[/IMG] quantum is actually very very tiny amount...so that could actually work since i dont think anyone of us is into real heavy mods...well...grey might be soon with that DIY turbo hehehe

another idea i had was "Slight Tuners" where slight is like a slight of hand. you know, like a phantom movement, barely seen, inconspicuous?? but i looked in a dictionary and some of the definitions for "slight" are careless, inattentive, negligent...and such. so i dont know if we want to associate ourselves with that concept.

and even if there are some people, still. after the chris rock special on HBO where he makes fun of "thugs" saying "keepin it real" i would never say that in any serious manner. all my friends and i always say that as a joke...so dunno.....

how about "E-Wrecked Tuners" hehehe...were all online, and we all (at least a good majority) seem to damage our cars in some way.

So yeah..whats up with this. Are we gonna do this yo?! I was looking through the list again but nothing was really jumping out at me.. I like the idea of having "custom" in the name since we all do different things. I dont think we should have anything to reference "speed" since it would be an automatic ticket if we ever get pulled over. I like "tuners" too, but I dont think we all are out there to tweak every last drop of performance out of our cars (like Grey [IMG]i/expressions/demon.gif[/IMG] ). How about...

Custom Concepts

Its broad enough to cover whatever we choose to do. Not car/location dependant. Whaddaya think?

I also had an idea of the 'design'. Have a shadow of a car within the letters of the 'team' name. Kinda like if you took some cardboard and cut out the name, then held it up and looked through the holes.
