All went well for Grey's BBQ. In all, there were about 15 people that showed up for the event. Some new people got to meet "The World's Best Moderator," aka Grey. It was very nice meeting most of the people that lurk this forum from NE. New Hampshire, Connecticut, and MA were all represented. The food was good, the beer was cold (Phil?????), and the weather was warm. Installs included:

-D's projector fix,
-Kevin's Horn redux and fog light install,
-Phil's "attempt" at a horn install

...and other items I may be forgettting. I'll have some pics up later tonight and in a day or two I will have some video.

Aww man, I saw this post and was like "Nice, we got video" then I open it up and I'm like WTF!!??

Kevin got his foggies in (wired at least) (dem s***s were bright) I'm still seeing spots.

Grey: pulled a successful drift around his corner (mostly a drift) and then his sister took off in his car.

Nice meeting all of you and seeing the rest of you again.

Man, I was runnin' around like crazy when there were a ton of people around. Playing host was tough. Then when some people went home it got easier for me. It was fun though. Hey, at least I know what the problem is with my horns! [IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/IMG] I'll fix those either tomorrow or Tuesday. Duane, I want a rematch when I get them fixed. Yeah, my little drift was kinda k3wl. Do that when there's some sand on the road and you can really fly. Snow is even better, but kinda hairy.

Yeah. BBQ was fun. It was hotter than I expected, but I could always use the sun. [IMG]i/expressions/laugh2.gif[/IMG] Props go to Lowtek for helping with getting the wires through the firewall. He's the man to go to with any electrical props! The new FIAMM horn I got in is nice...and loud. Gotta make custom brackets for it though. Its actually pressing against the bumper and its totally in the way of where the foggies need to go. I gotta head over to this shop tonight to finally get my dent popped, then I'll try to fix up the horn afterwards..which means I should be able to do my fogs tomorrow night. I'll get the pics up for the bunch of you that didnt get a chance to see them. It was also nice meeting all you new peeps too. Hopefully see you all on Friday. Alright..here are the preliminary pics. Just duct taped the fogs onto the bumper to see how they would look. They are pointed the wrong way (supposed to be 5% towards the center but they are actually pointing outwards right now). The blue 'driving lights' (as they were advertised) seems nothing more than some blue LEDs, though one is much dimmer than the other. Anyone know if that might be a wiring/battery issue? I should be able to adjust and mount properly by Fri, if we still going to N.E.D., but just wanted to give you all a sneak peek at them..

Kev - The fogs look good. The brightness may be bad lead / ground wire. That should fix it.

Jarid: it's street night up at the dragway. Imports, Domestics, Motorcycles, Snow Mobiles (pullin 11 sec 1/4 mile times) everything. I'm headed up with a bunch of other people. A few from the BBQ will be going as well and some (especially me) will be seeing with tunnel vision.

We're meeting at the rest stop on 495 Northbound at 5:30, leaving there at 6PM to make it to the track by 7:30ish. We'll probably be passing Haverhill about 6:40ish if you want to jump on the caravan...

I'll give you a ring when time approaches.

Kevin, I remember them at the BBQ. The blue light was kinda faint. It wasn't really really bright. Just sort of like a parking light. The main lights were the bright ones. Everything seemed even too; both sides were equally bright.
