Dent Wizard Meet
So in the Spring I'm thinking about having a meet to get dents out, prob in CT. I know a guy who works for dent wizards and is really good at what he does. I figure each car chips in $50 for his work (under the table of course). If you guys are interested just reply to this post. No date is set yet, but a couple of my friends here in CT are up for it. I figure if like 4-5 cars get in on it, we could make an afternoon of it. Tell me what you think. I know after this winter and from stupid people at parking lots I have a few new ones.

yeah I have a dent that is buggin the crap out of me! and I dotn want to pay $100 plus to have it out, so I would be in!

shiiiiiiiiiiiiiit I'm in. My passenger side's got a cluster of small dings on the quarter panel near the door handle. I can't stand them!

Rep Power: 583 dont know how this meet went or if it happened, but i just wanted to let everyone know that 2 days ago i did some work on my dented fender and im happy with how it turned out.
i have a starter body hammer and dolly set, its crappy but theyre hammers...what do you really need out of them? lol anyway...banged on some metal for a bit and took out the dents for the most part. if anyones seen my right front fender they know how wavy it looked. it looks MUCH better now. you can still see some roughness cause its impossible to get it perfectly smooth w/ a hammer, but the dents are gone and the curve of the fender is restored.
im pretty happy with it for a first time experience. so, i just wanted to say that if anyone is worried about doing something like this yourself, its not so bad. just takes some patience and time.
hopefully ill get a chance to come up there and show my work. lol

Rep Power: 583 ill try to take some pix tonight. and when they get developed ill post them. i didnt take any before pix, and dont know if theres any that show the damage, so it might be tough to see the what ive actually done. like i said, theres still some warpage of the sheet metal but its not as bad as the waves i had before. remember than meehow? it was fugly!!
