well this summer my car should be about ready to start putting it in shows. I was thinking about getting a banner made up that said new england 7g but if i do that i would need a lot of people from the club to be involved. I just dont want to waste my money on getting a sign made up if im gonna be the only one there.
the shows im talking about are the ones at like the bayside expo center and other big shows in the new england area.
so how many people from new england are going to put there cars in this summer?

I think not too many. I'll reply to this thread, so that it doesn't die. Almost all of the NE peeps I know from this site don't do car shows. I guess MadWheel (Joe) might go to some. I think you were at some, right Joe? I've never entered my car personally. Not bling bling enough yet. Maybe in a while. Then again, it's a driving machine, not a show car.

If I get my trunk and doors finished by June I MIGHT enter in a couple...but then I have to fix my bumper, so I donno.

We don't really go to car shows, or enter in them. Most of our meets just involve hanging out and eating or working on cars.

Well good news... I'll definately be entering the HIN on July 17th this year. I'm sponsered by Dezod now so my parts list is going to skyrocket within a few months, followed by a very custom paint job in June.

Matt from Dezod (owner of 7thgen) is strongly considering coming to the show with me, most likely entering his car as well. So Anfmax, it may end up being a good idea after all!

I'll let you know for sure after Dezod gets back to me for a def yes or no with the upcoming shows. But Anfmax, we're def hitten up the Import Wars, I'm shootin for all of them lol, at least most. We shall see.

I'm still waiting for the parts to come in. Hopefully it shouldn't be too much longer. It usually takes 2-3 days, but sometimes they forward the order to another warehouse if they run out of a certain part. Then it takes a little longer. Hopefully no longer than Sat. though.

Well, my car isnt show material, but I am planning on going to a couple shows in the summer. Definitely going to HIN again and probably Import Xpression if they are coming to Boston this year.
