Boosted 1 week, 5 days- updated Oct 12th - Slight problem...
I have the check in my hand. I'm waiting for any other information needed by SF. I bought the EX kit, turbo upgrade (.60 AR), HKS BOV upgrade, equal runnner manifold, and silver powder coating. Who want's to come over and help lol. Can't wait guys, pics pics pics coming!
EDIT OCT 1ST:
Check last post.
-He has the money and my information.
-I have the breather installed now.
-Jet is reprogramming my ECU back to stock, free of charge.
EX Turbo kit
.60 AR upgrade on T3 housing (T3 Super 60)
True Equal runner exhaust manifold
HKS Super-sequential BOV
Silver-powdercoated pipes (same silver as my OEM dash kit)
Smooth piping instead of bonnet
HKS Type-1 Turbo timer
NGK Iridum IX *
Mobil 1 Oil
Mobile 1 Premium Oil Filter*
Autometer gauges
2.5" downpipe, midpipe, and rear section
* - Recently added
UPDATE OCT 8th
-Bought Mobile 1 5W-30 Oil
-Bought Mobile 1 Premium Oil Filter
-Bought NGK Iridium IX Spark plugs
-ECU is in transit to Jet, I will have a stock ECU on Friday.
-Pipes for turbo kit will be getting powdercoated soon.
-Subs removed, amps rewired, car weighs about 200lbs less finally (Good for upcoming track run!)
UPDATE OCT 11
Got ECU back from Jet today. My car's a lil slower again but at least I get to run 89 octane for now.
UPDATE OCT 12th
My turbo never came. They got sent the original T3, not the T3 with .60ar upgrade. So they offered my the alcohol injection kit for free as a substitute, allowing me to run about 10 pounds of boost. Don't know how good or bad this is, but now I'll be buying alcohol for my car lol. Anyway, it still looks that I will have the kit in time for the show. I will post as soon as I know.

Sweet dude. I want to see it up close and personal. I'de like to help you install it. It depends on when you want to do that though. I might be busy with work or with something else...

Haha awesome, I appreciate it guys. I know it will be on a Friday, starting in the morning, going to the afternoon. It will one of the last 2 fridays of October, as long as I have the kit. I'll make a new topic when I know for sure what day I'm doing it, and we'll have arrangements for a lil meet at my house for the install. Should be a good time

Ok. I'll send you a PM as soon as I know when to expect the kit. I want to pull this off before dinner time of the same day.

oh yeah, last upgrade i didn't list... I ditched the "bonnet" for the smoothe pipe the bends right to the throttle body. I called SF today. After getting the materials, it takes 10 days to make. I am trying to get him to order the stuff by tomorrow so I can have the kit around the 18th-25 of october.

Installed K&N breather filter today. My lil hookup brought it down to $15 from $30. Had to cut a small piece of hose, breathers can't directly fit to our valve cover, the plastic piece underneath is so close, the breather can't fit. All in all, successful install. Buying spark plugs next monday or tuesday. I will update as I go.

Lol. I didn't even know you posted that and I was about to update haha.
SF finally has all my money ($3,590.00). I did buy all the mods I listed in the first post.
I also attempted the ECU swap yesterday. My friend bought it off me. Turns out you can not swap ECU's (even if same year, model, and tranny). You need the ECU to match your ignition system, which would also match the locks on your doors. The cars just wouldn't start. The chip in our keys says know. So I put the Jet chip back in my car.
If some of you know or not, Jet advances your ingition timing 5 degrees. This is a no no for boost, you want the opposite. So I spoke with Jet this morning. All I have to do is pay for shipping. They will return my ECU back to stock, absolutely free of charge. If I wanted them to reprogram it for boost, it would be another 300 bucks but forget it, I'd rather rely on piggy back from now on.
So in two weeks I will send my ECU out (3 day process) and use my friends AWD turbo eclipse (Thanks Derrick!). The following week will be the installation of the kit. Should be the 24th of October. If not then I may be doing this on Halloween, how scary is that?
That's all I have for now. I will add more as it progresses (still have spark plugs and oil to buy).

Aw... Damn dude. That's some wasted money on that JET ****. Hey, wanna swap ECU's? LOL I think you have an EX though, right? Damn. You could swap ECU's with some other EX though, right?
You live in Salem right? I'm not too far from you. I live in Nashua. I'd be more then willing to give you a hand with the install if I don't have to work. I work for Rockingham Ambulance so my schedule is all crazy. Hopefully I'll have the day off. So there is no way that you could swap ECU's with another EX owner? Aren't all EX's timing the same? If so, I would definitely swap ECU's with you. Let me know.

I doubt it. It is a waste of money though, I agree. I'm calling Honda tomorrow to ask how much a flash would cost.
SLAMMED01CIV, i think it will be the 24th for the install. but yes all the help is greatly appreciated. I want it done right, yet as quickly as possible. I'll be driving it all night to break it in, so I can race the following day.

Lol dayum. Yeah SF was recently robbed making my deadline even more challenging to meet. I was told today though that they are working pretty hard at finishing the kit in time, along with a few others.
I am taking that weekend off anyway. I don't work Fridays so putting the turbo in on a Friday isn't a problem anyway. Friday the 24th is the planned turbo install. The following Saturday is the last Import Wars of the year. I am down no matter what for having a 7thgen meet at my house that weekend. Anyone can come on Friday for turbo install/any other install, and anyone can spend the night for the following morning to go to Import Wars. It would be nice to get the CC name out before winter, then in the Spring really show them lol. So if people want directions to my house, PM me or talk to me online via username "MadWheel".
Update 2 - I am sending Jet my ECU on Wednesday and they are taking my chip out free of charge, minus the shipping charges I have to cover of course. I also will have a car for that three day period. Thanks to Derrick for his generosity. Hey I'm not complaing driving a 97 GSX Eclipse for 3 days lol, might was well ship my ECU out more often.
Expect a new update more towards the end of the week. Any one have an oil preference? Plugs and oil is all I have left. I already bought red high-temp silicone sealant.
