anyone know any GOOD tint shops in NC?
not too familiar with the area, just wanted to get my tints redone, wanna darker tint
know any stores with good pricing? that do a decent job?

Rep Power: 0 If your near the Triad(High Point, GSO, or Winston Salem) goto Auto Shades, its on Stratford Rd. in with Freemans Roadgear in winston Salem. Ask for Mitch or Todd they do a great job with a low price and they do it as dark as you want. Dont know the # off the top of my head but I dunno exactly where ur at in NC

The best tint person in charlotte is this guy...well his store is called lighting mikes hes really good and fast, if it bubbles or anything he will fix it. Not to bad on price either. I think its off N. Tryon. Sorry I don't have a number but its in the phone book

Rep Power: 0 yea man no problem, the actual shop name is AUTO SHADES. there is no sign off the street or anything becuase they tint in the same building as Freemans Roadgear. Mitch's cell phone is (336)655-6464, he uses it for work so just give him a ring. If you need specific driving directions to get there just let me know. I used to live in both High Point and Winston Salem.

Rep Power: 0 umm as far as directions not real sure where you are in HP, but basically its simple, basically get on 311 which you can do if you go down Main Street N.(towards Wal-Mart), then just ride down 311 and it will merge into I-40(west i believe not real sure) then just go down 40 till you will see a Hanes Mall Blvd exit for Hanes Mall, the exit right after that is the Stratford Road exit(dunno the exit #). Top of the exit take a left and just go straight down the street, Freemans will be on your lefthand side a couple minutes down the street, there is a big sign that says ROADGEAR in front, it is next to a Roc-O-La Cafe and the tint shop is in with them. I can get better directions ina lil bit if you need umm. Basically its lifetime guaretee i believe on the tint. Im not sure exactly what brand tint they use but as far as quality it appears to be really good, they tint most of the cars there in Winston and they do a good job. They cut out around the 3rd brake light i believe but they will tint it I believe if you take out the rear deck. As far as price I believe its around $160 i think, you got a coupe right. They hooked me up with a lil discount on mine cause I know them, but I do believe they are the cheapest in town and they do basically the best job. They tint most cars in no time really they did mine in like 20min and it was perfect so wont take to long. And they have tinted all my friends new civics and some others so they know what to do. Well I think that about covers it, need anything else let me know, I know all about the shops, cars, places etc out there, need something more specific Ill give you my cell # to call me if neccesary.

Rep Power: 0 Eastgate is I believe in 5 Points, I dunno if you know where that is. Its a lil ghetto down there. As far as reputable they have been around for god knows how long and they have done some killer sounds systems and very clean installs. I have heard that some peoples cars have been broken into while there though but I guess it can happen newhere and thats what insurance is for. Ive never seen there tint jobs at least I didnt know it was thiers if I have. I would consider them to do it all in all just because they have been around a great while so they must be doing something rite. If you want directions there I can get them for you.

Rep Power: 0 I think they were all the car was there over night things, I dont think the shop couldve prevented it, systems being jacked is quite a normal thing in the Triad. Where you coming from in HP so I can give you the right directions. You there for school or you just move there, cause Ive never seen your ride around.

Rep Power: 0 Used to be, I lived there most of my life and I lived in Winston Salem for 2 years, but I moved to Savannah Ga a week before Xmas with my family. And yes it is dead and ghetto there. High Point PD can be real dicks out there especially to modified Hondas, Ive gotten enough tickets to know. HPU is a good school from what I hear to expensive for me though. You gone out to Main Street on a Friday or Saturday night yet. Theres alot of ricers but its gotten more of a community out there due to the police harrassment. Good place to meet people to get discounts on parts and stuff. As far as Eastgate if you go down Lexington towards jamestown itll take you to Eastgate I just cant remember the street off of lexington that they are on. I got my boy there checkin on it though.
