All right here is the deal.
I was meeting with several would be sponsors about our Annual 7thgencivic meet/show.
They made some suggestions on how we could make this meet more interesting and competitive.
If they like the idea and there is enught interest I can surely get us some nice sponsors with many prices to be won.
Remember last meet? some people made out like bandids.
The best Idea is to have a South vs North shows we are calling it for now-
Floridas 7th Gen. Honda Revolution North vs South

This will be a sanction event and trophies will be awarded, all Hondas 2001 and up will participate.
And our Civics will have their own cathergory and center stage.
I'll not participate.

We'll like two shows one event on the North Fl. and another on the South.
I'll say as far north as Panama City, may be Orlando or Tampa.
And as far South as Ft. Lauredale or Miami.
Need some suggestions and opinions.
I'll also need some lead people after we know location and times to scout a place and comunicate to all participants.

Need voluntiers!

I'll help out, i live in ft.lauderdale. ya i cant really compete either cuz well my car is basically stock except for a few mods. let me know if i can do anything.

does it look like we are all modded out? 2 of the cars there that day was running stock besides a couple accessories and ice, out of the 14 of us there, only 4 was really kinda done up. chrissy, her friend(forgot her name..), hector and derek. the rest of us was in various stages, and most of us are still! so what you are running stock? show some pride, we had people driving down from atlanta and louisiana

i have intake,header,and exhaust. and also some i.c.e. but i do have pride in my car, im proud of what is done so far but it still doesnt compare to what some other 7th gens. but i work with what i got for now. but no matter what i'd be proud to help in setting up a huge meet here in south florida.

I'll be out of the contest cause I spect everyone to participate even if is stock, the only requierment is that you car is absolutely clean and well displayed.
Besides having 1st 2nd and 3rd on stock, mild, wild and radical points for ideas and practical inventions on your car will be awarded.
And remember that in order to participate on the give aways and raffles you must be register on the show and have your car there any way. You would not want to pay for parking.
For you guys that want to help out I realy appreciated and I'll be calling on you when the time comes.

I am not hating. I just said it will take more than money to take the crown from Hector. Even if you car was better persay, he has a lot of coverage and everyones opinion is different.

thank you i plan to get some attention with mags and stuff. just gotta be at the right place, right time. im not saying my car will be better than hectors cuz his car is one of my favs(its even my wallpaper on my computer, the pic from hin show) lol im just saying ill be up there with him gettin exposure and going to shows and stuff.

Yes absolutely pick your side, and we give $$ to the member whom driven the farther distance to be at the show.

And [IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/IMG] Is nice to know that I'm the guy to beat at the shows.
Hooking up a car like that has being one of the best things I done as a hobbie, and I wish that others look at what I had done to my car as an example and not as a threat.
I lalso do look up to other members that pioneer new and inovative mods, like H-Town, and will love to see us together and give all the non 7thgen civics some hell.

Our cars are so much fun to hook up in so many different ways to be distintive from one to another.
I choosed to do mine as a show car almost exclusively,
Phil moded a very nice racing package and custom paint.
The guy from Kaos with the 4 door and shaved body is a nice little number too.

And let's see what good ideas 1siksivik come out with, dude follow your dreams, may be your dad would of wanted that. [IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/IMG] do our cars justice and hope we can get together real soon.
We are going to meet as often as we did last year or even more, we'll have fun.
