Not trying to put focus killer out or anything but id rather do it before than cause thats kind of close to christmas and all, maybe a week or tow before that or something.... Anyone else have a good time, and more importantly where In Nashville should we meet, in a park somewere or somethng???

Yeah, I think a park would be the best setting...I guess. I don't really know of anywhere else we could do it. I'm not partial to anywhere in particular though. There's several different parks and/or parking lots that we could do it in. I was thinking downtown in the parking lot for The Coliseum would be a cool background for pictures, if its open (I think it is, but not sure). Anyone else got any suggestions?

A week or two before Dec. 28th is next weekend. If thats when ya'll wanna have it, we need to plan a bit.

Well, I can't really get very far out of knoxville. As far as I know, all the TN people here live in east TN and a few in central. Why don't we meet somewhere in between? I'm still in high school (and I've just started 7 or 8 college applications to finish before Jan) so I really can't go very far. If you get it within 30-45 minutes of knoxville, I'll do everything I can to go. But if you guys meet outside of that, please send me pics.

PS. Oh, and my car will probably still be stock by then...

the Collesium parking lot is always open, unless there is a TSU game or a Titans game.... I dont mind driving close to Knoxville myself, but i know there was one or two people at least from memphis, We have to have it in the place where we can pull the most people you know... I think it would be unfair to make people from memphis to drive 6 hours or so............... I think we should have it not this weekend the 7th but the weekend of the 14th, just so we will have decent numbers its cool to bring friends and stuff who dont have 2k1 up civics just so we can have good numbers, but i want to at least keep the pics to seventh gens'..

I think Nashville is the best place, and not just 'cuz I live here. Its right in the center of the state...centrally located. Ya'll just come up with when its best for everyone. Since I live here, it doesn't really matter when it is to me. I'm off on the weekends so I should be able to make it.

Im going home for christmas break, i will probably be away from my computer for a while, but CivicPride knows my phone # so i will still make the meet whenever we have it. I may get on ocasionally back home but its a dial up connection and id rather not deal with it on a regular basis, so if im not on as often im still going to the meet.....SO is going to be the 21st or the 4th of january... I know someone said they did not want to do it on the weekend of the 28th so ??????

Howdy howdy...chattanooga here. Actually northwest georgia, but very close to chatt-town. Might I offer a suggestion for location? If most of you guys are between Knoxville and Nashville, why not meet downtown chattanooga? There's lots of restaurants and stuff to do there. There's even Cooledge Park, which can hold a bunch of cars and excellent scenery for pics with the bridges and aquarium in the background. I went to Nashville early last year and was bored silly.

If you guys are interested in Chatt., I'll help out with directions and preparation. If you still go to Nashville, have fun and post pics!

It is quite scenic up there, I was up there the weekend before xmas( went to meet my girlfriend's parents) and I really dont feel like coming back up there any time soon, but what If we were to plan something in the spring up there? We could make it huge if yall wanted. Good central locale for AL-TN-GA-SC-VA meet. It is only about 2 hours from Nashville and knoxville. There are some twisty roads going up the ridge in Hixson Dowtown is pretty tight at night, too many cops though...

It's whatever though. I'd like to see this happen, as well as Nashville on the 11.
I'm trying to compile a list right now of all the users on here from the southeast, I'll post up a link to it soon.
