hey all you crazy kats, i'm gonna pitch my little speil here real quick like: I am a mortgage broker and am getting hungry for more and more business, I am already doing sufficient business but want to grow and help you for doing so. I am willing to pay around $200 or more for any business you send my way that goes through with the loan. All you have to do is ask your parents, friends, relatives, whoever you know if they are in need of a refinance, purchase, debt-consolidation, cash-out, jumbo, 125%, home improvement, auto or whatever type of loan, you name it and i can probably do it at the best possible rates available. Case and point i was getting my hair cut friday and the barber lady was cutting my hair talking about buying a house, well i told her i was a real estate agent and a mortgage broker and (bam easy business deal) plus she knows other people that are needing refinances so i told her that was an easy $200 bucks for giving me their names and as long as they do business with me that was an easy $200. Most people don't even realize a refinance can help them. If I cannot help someone with their finances i will tell them and tell them how to help their credit at no cost to them, just out of courtesy, i will not rip anyone off, well sorry for the stupid speech but if this sounds interesting leave a message or email me at:
