Do people still meet every other friday at the coral square mall next to TGIF? where are some other places besides Towers.

we can't. we have a contract with simon malls and insurance. only our team is legally allowed there. we have our meetings there.

Seriously, though, 2k1Civic, we are having some trouble down here in Miami.
I'm in a Mustang "team" (club?) that meets in a shopping center. BELIEVE IT
OR NOT, we're pretty restrained, and don't believe anyone has complained about
us meeting there. This is the Best Buy parking lot off of the Palmetto on Bird Road.

HOWEVER, this parking lot is something of a big hangout on Thursday nights. We
see lots of burnout marks when we get there on Fridays. The security guard in the
parking lot told us there were lots of complaints, and that nobody was allowed to meet
there anymore. He said the complaints were really about the Thursday night hangout,
but he had his instructions, so we were adios...

Who did you talk to?
Did you get a "permit" or something like that in case your team is challenged?

talk to the land owners or the mall management first. We have a signed contract that we can be there as long as we have insurance. they don't want any law suits against them if something were to happen.
