Thats cool. I work at The Hartford out on NW expressway selling insurance to old people, theyre all insane. You play any sports at PCN? I played against you guys in basketball in the PC Invitational in 01.

Yeah, they have a gym at OKCCC. Not much to it though. I get paid a salary with overtime. So its kinda hourly, but they assume i work 40hrs a week but if i go over i get time and a half. We have a sales and service department, in sales (which im in) you can make a bonus incentive, which alot of people do. If you go to school in a business related field, they will reimburse you up to 3k per year for tuition. Also, if you arent in school and have student loans, they will pay up to 3k per year on those too.

Really? So what type of qualifications do i need? Whats starting salary? Is it atleast 30 a year?

Well starting is more like 21k in sales and 24 in service, but service cant get bonuses. If you need to make 30k, you can, ill make almost 40k this year, but you have to kick *** in sales and bonuses. How much do you make at cingular?

Hey I have a question for you guys. How much do you pay for car insurance? I drive a 2003 EX Coupe and I'm paying close to $1,200 every six months for full coverage. I work at Best Buy and they pay me just enough to pay that but not enough to have any left over for mods.. By the way, I'm with Farmers.

Are you on the policy by yourself? I sell insurance but keep my car on my parents policy. At my last renewal now that im 21 my insurance went from 1900 a year to 1200 a year on an 03 ex coupe. I do have a perfect record though. Farmers is kinda high sometimes, shop it around. Also look at your coverages and deductibles, those make a huge difference. With your age and car it will be kinda high anyway, especially with a bad record. Oklahoma has the 3rd highest insurance in the US.

When i first got my civic back in 02 of feb. it was bout 2200 a 6month and i hated it. Just recently it dropped to 162 month, full coverage. Im with geico.

My mom and I are on the policy. I had only one speeding ticket but it didn't affect my insurance.

Oh well, i'm thinking about quitting Best Buy and looking for a job some where else. But one of the reasons that is keeping me from doing that is the employee discount...

In oklahoma tickets for 1-10mph over dont go on your motor vehicle record and dont affect your insurance. Like i said, shop around. Go to an insurance broker rather than an agent. A broker will represent mutiple companies, where as an agent just represents one. Mark Stewart insurance represents like 50 companies, some good some bad. You need to also check a companies rating with Standard & Poor, they base it off customer information, its how all insurance companies are rated. A++ is the highest.
