Rep Power: 0 I was able to read it but i'll be unable to attend... that's jsut a little too late to be meeting in Houston... i could do it during the day or something but that's too late to do it at night. We should have another one in Austin during the day. That park was beautiful!! I wish i still had directions to it... do any of y'all remember how to get there?
anyway for those who can't read it...
<< Second “official” Texas Civic meet, nicely corresponding with the Mobile One World Import Challenge. The show will be March 8th-10th, however the meet will be on the 9th. For those of you who don’t live in Houston, or haven’t visited, Saturday night on Westheimer Road is the place to be if you are an import fan. Along a 5 mile stretch or so, people fill the parking lots with imports, kind of like a free car show every weekend. One spot in particular that we have grown accustomed to is the Sonic located at the Dunvale intersection. Basically we will meet here around 10:00-10:30 PM, hang out, talk about cars, grab a bite to eat, and look at all the cars. I guess it will last till around midnight to 1:00 AM or so…just depends on what everybody wants to do. Anyways, e-mail me if you have any questions. Below is a map (click on it to get driving directions from a specific location) and some related links. >>
it also has a link to email him Phillippe01@ev1.net and a map to the place from mapquest.

Rep Power: 0 I still got all the info for the place in Austin that we had the last meet at. Go ahead and send me the info for the meet in Houston, but I doubt I would be able to make it.
I was thinking of having another All Texas Meet in Austin later in the spring. Maybe this time all those people from Houston will actually come, and not change their minds a night or town before? Got a crew up in DFW slowly growing, and we need some more SA peeps out too. I'll keep you guys informed.

Rep Power: 0 Isn't April late spring? You guys let me know when you want it. Actually for me, about a week after April 15th would be best. tax season is pretty much over then, and I get at least 2 weeks vacation. So, 1 week to finish the audio, and then 1 week to chill, and go to the next meet in Austin.

Rep Power: 0 that sounds perfect... let me know... I'm down for sure!
April 20 is a holiday... so to speak. This year it ends up on a weekend... Now I'd probably still show up to the meet if it were then, however, I would rather have other plans for the day.

Rep Power: 0 yeah, the Houston Meet; however may be really cool, is pretty late and the reason why i say that is because i will still have to drive back to SA afterwards and that is about a 2 1/2 to 3 hour drive. don't want to fall asleep behind the wheel. The alternative is to rent a room and party till the morning. still up in the air on this but I don't know if I can make it.
