I'm going with some people to the races in Ennis TX. My friend who belongs to the clubgp.com forum is meeting some of his peeps in Ennis to watch the races. He might even race himself (only $25 to race) I hear it's some kind of special event this weekend. I was wondering if anyone in Dallas was interested in going too?

Anyways, it's Saturday at 9:00am, we will be leaving here around 8 or so.

Cool.. I might check it out. Did you know they opened an 1/8 th mile Northeast of Dallas about 25 miles from Rockwall/Mesquite area up I-30. I drove by Sunday and the smoke was thick !! It's a nice freaking strip. I've been wanting to call and find out what it costs to run your car there. Then as I add mods, I'll run it through the 1/8th and see what times I'm clocking!

Ennis is about 20-30 miles South of Dallas on I-45. It's where they have the Chief Winter Nationals.
