That is retarded. You could just be driving and not staring at your speedo for a few minutes and be doing 6 over. To go to jail for something like that sounds like the ****'s putting the Jews into concentration camps. Theres no reason for it. Here in Arizona its 20mph.

my friend was pulled over in nashville, doing 13 over, and they didnt do n e thing, i was in the car, and i asked the police about that and he said that they couldnt do that, only if you were driving wrecklessly, the whole registration, suspended liscense stuff(of course), and the ever so popular evading arrest and dui. Also breaking more than i think 3 moving violations in one stop like (speeding, ran a stop, and busted tail-light)

yeah ive been pulled over during way over 6mph and not gone to jail but that does not mean that the law isnt 6mph over now. I mean from a government point of view especially on the interstate cause they are doing a lot of construction and some truck driver killed a worker just a few weeks ago so that could be legit. but i hope not .
