Tri-State Meet Miss, Ala, Fl

hey all i was contemplating on having a setting up a tri-state civic meet, for alabama, miss, and florida, it would be in the panhandle somewhere in okaloosa county, possibly pcola if that would make it easier for us to get 20 folks, if you are interested or have any more questions please reply w/ the quickness .. intended date for this meet is nov 15 so we only have a little over 2 weeks to organize and execute
