KC Meet Talk
Alright guys, whats everyone wanna do about a meet? I was thinking middle of july or so,that way we could have plenty of time to talk about it and plan it and also so that everyone can have time to get their cars ready with whatever mods they wanna finish up.
Whatever everyone wants to do is fine with me. Do we want to make this meet just 7thgens or imports in general?? we could also do a non official meet in may, with people meeting in a parking lot.
A few ideas so far are:
1.) Shelter at Shawnee Mission Park and bbq(we could all pitch in money)
2.) Hooters
...
Hopefully we can get everyone out there that belong to this forum. Also im thinking about designing a business card with the website address on it and pass it out to modded 7thgens or just to kids who drive 7thgens or people who are intrested in modding their 7thgen. Input on a design is welcome.

Rep Power: 0 I'm down for either but h00ters sounds alittle more like my kind of place... We could eat there and then go to smpark and look at everbodys stuff and then go drive around or something like that...If we can get more then 3 people together then I think we should make it only for 7th gens... but if not that many 7th gens wanna come then we can make it for all imports. thats just what i'm thinking right now anyways..what does everybody else think? I think we should have one at the begining of june and then have another one alittle later in the summer..

Rep Power: 394 Hey, not from KC, but will be down there during the summer. I am heading down there in the begining of June. I work construction down somewhere in Kansas. Hell knows where this year. I have heard a lot of the jobs this year are in Miami County, which isnt too bad of a drive to KC somewhere. Last year was cool cuz we had jobs in KC, but I didnt have internet access. This year I will because I have a laptop now. Granted my car is stock, but It would be cool to see some cool cars. Ill check this back every so often.

Rep Power: 0 Ok its finally official now that we got our flyers. May 10th, GroupOne's Spring Cruise. 5:30 at Shawnee Mission Park. Ill post some more info when my scanner decides to work.

Rep Power: 394 Is 435 South still kinda a cluster ****??? drove that once, and there was some big merging thing, cars all over, big pain in the *** when I drove down. Never again. And it was at like 830 pm, not like at rush hour.

Rep Power: 0 Yeah the missouri side is a B**ch if you don't pay close attention to the signs but once you get onto the kansas side it's a breeze. connie-- if you take the directions that Subrage posed above, the park is right off of 435 so thats not too bad, and then hooters is maybe 15 minutes away. Let us know if you decide that you want to come down here and we'll get everything figured out

Rep Power: 0 i post from time to time but usually once in a blue moon. you're right, the missouri (misery) side is horrible. potholes are even worse which is why i'm glad they're finally fixin 435 and 70.
