I sent a money order to him because i was buying his Venom VCN-400 from him, and the money order company said it was cashed on Monday April 7th and he said as soon as he recieved the money order he would ship out the VCN-400 and email me with a tracking number. And i have not heard from him since Sat. April 5th, i was wondering if anyone knew how i could get ahold of him, or could help me out in anyway?? Thanks

ok, I called him, he never got the money order, and he never cashed it, did you write his name and address on the money order? if not there is nothing you can do, but you can take the receipt in and they will cancel it and you get your money back or something. anyways, his computer is down

You might be able to have the bank (or USPS or whatever) get you a copy of the cashed-in MO. I think places have to ask to verify ID. If they didn't verify ID, then I think you should press for getting your money back... Just some food for thought. Talk to the place you got the MO from and see what course of action you can take.
