Southern Illinois Meet?
Hey guys, I'm just throwin out this idea... would anybody be interested in a Souther Illinois/Eastern Missouri area meet? There aren't a whole lot of 7th gens around here, let alone ones that are done up. So I thought it'd be cool for anyone around here to get together, hang out, talk cars, maybe have a BBQ or something. Anyone interested?

Rep Power: 365 I've got classes too, so we're either talking about summer, or maybe a three day weekend that everyone has off. I'm not even interested in doing this until it warms up. Coz who wants to stand around their car in 10 degree weather with three inches of snow? As far as scheduling goes...

As for me, yea, I'm in college... good ol' Bradley Univ. The rob is, we do't get many 3-day weekends being a private univ and all... [IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif[/IMG] But I'm sure something can be worked out...
And waiting for warmer weather... Yeah, I'm down with that for sure... hate this cold snowy crap we've got goin' on. As far as summer goes, I MAY be up in Chicago then (not sure yet) and Greg will be graduating and getting a (real) job, so I dunno what that'll be like for him either.

Rep Power: 365 Okay, the only thing thats for sure is that this will probably happen when it warms up a little. But, as Greg can attest to, the weather down here is rediculous right now. It'll be 50 one day and we'll have six inches of snow two days later. So when spring comes around, how are your schedules?

Rep Power: 0 Well I'm free most of the rest of this month (spring break is this upcoming week (15-22).
April I have to be here the 7 thru 13th and the 19 thru 27th (the 2nd week is my sorority's major philanthropy). Normally I could ditch that first weekend I listed (11-13) but it was supposed to be our phil. that week but another frat took it before we could, and beign that I thought it was our week I scheduled a party at my place for that Saturday (i think hehe). So yeah... but otherwise I'm pretty much game for anything, but I need to know in advance so I can make sure nothing important is goin' on.

WannaBFast - so does that mean you can make it or not? It's a saturday. You don't have to go back to school on a sunday, do you?

Rep Power: 365 Ok... Greg just reminded me there is a big import meet on the 29th. We could do it that day, and either meet at the larger StL meet, have our 7th gen one, then roll over to the StL one, or just plain have a 7th gen one. Any thoughts?

Has anybody thought about this date any more? I know the 29th is the date of another import meet here, so if you all want, we could meet near where I live, and maybe cruise over to the big meet that night.
