7-24-04 Hot Import Night/Civic meet!! Hey Civic Fanatics!!
July 24,2004 Civic meet/Hot Import Night show!
I was thinking this would be really fun-and I know there are A LOT of cool Civics out there!
We could meet at around noon at a hotel just outside of Chicago. If we get enough people together we can get a "group discount" rather than the usual hotel rate. After getting to meet everyone and see their cars, we could all go and grab some food before going to the show, which starts at around 5 p.m. And, after the show-more food, fun, and chat!

sounds like a good idea. Maybe this meet can happen since other meets like this have fell through.

I used to be on ClubSi when I had an 00 Civic Si. We did a meet like this 3 years ago and it turned out great. We all met up at Streets of Woodfield in Schaumburg, IL. I lived in Minnesota at the time. We had about 10 cars that all followed eachother down, just from MN.

Rep Power: 304 yeah, it'll be fun and stuff, but i personally think the $15 parking fee is a little too much especially if we're all driving down there in our own cars. we're essentially ripping ourselves off!!!
also, i dont feel too comfortable parking at McCormick place because the last show i went to (forget which) i saw a '01 accord coupe get completely jacked, his whole dash board was off, literally. and they took his lcd screens and stuff. worst yet is he had an alarm with the pager!!!
