Q About Wisconsin trafic law I got a wuestion to all you wisconsin peoples. I got pulled over today on I-94. the statey said he followed me for 3 miles and was pulling me over for 83 in a 65. 
Now my question is there any law that states how long they can follow a person before they can be pulled over. I never saw him till he flew up on me with the lights on and my radar never went off. how the hell could he judge how fast I was goin? Also he hit me up for 4 pts. and $230
