Welcome Joe. I was just in Clinton, I just got done with RAGBRAI, damn that was a fun week. 550 miles of bike riding and constant partying and drinking. Anyway, just thought I would say hi and welcome to Iowa.

Rep Power: 0 hey connie, how was RAGBRAI, my dad just got home from that today, he said that it was great, i dont see how you could ride for that long. i bought some Z3 fenders that will be going on monday, they said that they needed to paint the doors and hood so that it will match up, its gonna cost 500 to do that. now i dont have any more money which sucks. and welcome to Iowa Joe....my dads name is Joe too.

Rep Power: 348 Why would you have to repaint your doors and hood to match your fenders? Cant you just match your fenders to your doors and hood and such? The ride was fun, a lot of partying and a lot of free beer on the way to the final towns. But in the final towns beer was expensive, oh well.And dont worry, as little money as you have, you still have more than me

Rep Power: 0 well the silver on my body kit is a little darker than the silver on my car, you can only tell when looking at it in certain light, so he said that the doors and hood be painted to so that it will look better.

Rep Power: 0 my brother said that hed sell me his dvd player, 2 amps and 2 subs for 2200, i told him ok but it iwll take me 2 or 3 years to get that money and he said he needed money now, so i guess i cant get his system

Rep Power: 348 for 2200 thats pretty good, considering it is used and all it might just ba an average price though, depending on the amps mostly. Oh well. oh yeah, and your k20 swap fund seems a bit quaint right now, lol. Only about $4950 to go right?

Anyways, I was just checking into the site here - this thread particularly since its Iowa.
Just cause I crashed the $h!t out of my civic doesn’t mean I don’t still miss it almost every day!!!!!! (If any of you want pics of the wreck or some version of the story tell me - I am still in love with the car even though it’s been 2/3s of a year!!!!) Now I’m driving around a damn Dodge Intrepid - domestic piece of crap.... 
The plus side is that I don’t seem to get as much attention from cops, people don’t try to race me, and its a 94 with 37,xxx ORIGINAL miles on it - but damn I still want a Honda/Acura!Sorry now I feel like I’m rambling.....
Like I mentioned, just wanted to pop in and say HI to Iowa people again - we still have never really gotten together to do anything (AHEM Connie
) Now school started again so I would bet everyone has a crazy *** schedule to follow again, but we could certainly get together for one day and or night to hang out and maybe drink, and OF COURSE look at cars!Right... I think I’m done now.
