I think it should, it does not go flush against the bumper, it actually has some space between them

hey notorious, dont worry about the slant of the hks, it should go fine with your rear. no need to worry about it hitting the kit. i suggest you also get urathane bushings cuz the stock rubber one sucks. i have the hks and it moves a lot cuz my rubber bushings got soft.

i saw someone selling some on groupbuycenter.com but i'm not sure if it's still there. you might also want to try ebay. those two are the best bets. i dont know anywhere else. ill let you guys know if i find a place
