2003 Honda Civic Performance Hey guys. I'm about to purchase a 2003 honda civic and just landed a job at a shop down the street from me 
From what i can tell, the guy i am buying the civic from hasn't done anything to the car besides oil changes and other usual maintenance. What can i do to beef it up for cheap? What have you done to your cars in the past? any do's and don'ts i should keep in mind? I'm really thinking about getting into LEGAL racing so is there anything i should know about that? like what is and what isn't legal?
