Greddy EVO 2 exhaust rattle...any solution?

To all those w/ the Greddy EVO 2 catback, does your exhaust rattle against the underside of the chassis?
I have an LX, so I used to have it installed w/ a Tanabe extension pipe. The piping kept hitting the underside of the chassis below the shifter. I replaced the front exhaust hanger (rubber piece) w/ a stiffer one from Autozone. It helped alot, but not when it rained.
From what I understand, this is a common problem, especially in the rain (hot metal expanding). How can it be corrected? Have an exhaust shop bend the pipe, weld on another hanger near where it rattles?

Mine acutually used to hit under where the shifter is located. The LX doesn't have a heat shield there.
You would think for a $500 dollar exhaust, they would of had this issue solved before it went into production.

Same issue with the rain. Had the rattle all around until i fastened the pipe to the chassis (via a metal-rubber-metal clamp). The location where i fastened it was about a foot and a half from the cat, the pipe didn't seem to be shaped to run 100% along the heat shield. Now it only rattles in the rain.

Side note: do you guys hate the exhaust sound at around 90-120kms/h? I have the stock EX cat. Would replacing it with a sound resonator help? Any other suggestions?

Where did they bend the pipe...a little down stream of where it attaches to the cat? How much did they charge?
Any pics would be greatly appreciated.
