hi fellow 7thgeners.. i hope you guys can here me and read this hehe. well i really want a RS*R ExMag (the first one not the new one) but they sell it only for ex only, is it possible to get an EX one and fit it on LX (like not install the high cat converter or something like that? ) help someone!!

2k4coupe is an unknown quantity at this point
get a greddy sp2 system looks almost stock, sounds real nice and they make them for lx's so it will bolt right on, no worries on modding an ex exhaust

greddy evo2, no use swapping to an ex exhaust on a 7thgen unless your going to mod like crazy

aiite.. actually Greddy SP II was my second choice since it has a deep tone.thats it iam settled on that one. but good question thoe.. lets say i wanna paint some part of the exhaust, what kind of black paint should i be using (since the exhaust gets veryhot and pretty sure ordinary paint won't do) any ideas and advices?

thanks for the rep 7thgeners and gearbox as always..

does anybody know where i can get Greddy SP II for 300usd??

and what do you guys think about TANABE MEDALLION vs GREDDY SP II?? which one has the perfect fit and tone?

There's a few ways for to make the exmag fit.
1)Buy exmag than buy the tanabe extension pipe.
2)Buy an oem ex header, downpipe, and sway bar. O2 sensor wires will also have to be made longer.
3)Substitute oem parts listed in #2 for aftermarket.

I was considering getting the Greddy sp2. But after talking to Dezod he was telling me that Greddy messed up the labeling on the SP2s and that alot of people weren't and aren't getting the right parts.

and isnt Greddy evo2 only made for the EX?

I have the RSR, sounds great

its louder than oem on start up and on cold days

when warmed up its low/cant hear it when idle

when driving its not loud although it will get louder when you rev/hit vtech

I have a magnaflow axelback that'll fit your car.
Looks just like the RSR with black body and chrome tip and it's quiet.
PM me if interested.

well, i don't know much about the aftermarket exhaust systems.. but I just slapped on the GReddy EVO2 onto my 05 civic ex. It sounds nice.. i did get a slight increase of horsepower. But unfortunately, I drive an automatic, so therefore, I wouldn't be able to do much.. especially with a stock engine. Only thing I've done to my car is the catback system.
