Header Problem!

Header Problem! Im trying to find headers for my car. I have a 2005 Civic LX 2-door. 1.7 non V-Tech..I cant seem to find one for an LX, they have the EX but i cannot seem to find a company who makes it for my car. If anyone can help me find a company who makes headers for my car i would appreciate it so much. Thank you

try kamikaze they make on for the lx. it gets rid of your cat so you wil need an o2 sim. Now for the flaming.... I got a but load of hits by just typing lx header in the search field. you should give it a shot. and please, for your sake ... don't spell it vtech . its vtec Alot of people on here obsess over this. I am not one, but you don't want to get flamed by those who do.

Rep Power: 260 ^^^P.S. You don't have "headers" you have A header, one, count'em, 1!!! if you have a V-6 you have 2!!! just for future reference!! that might be part of your problem!

Rep Power: 260 well count me in as cheap then...i have OBX, it looks great and it performs just the same as any other header!! sorry, i'm not a name *****!! a header is constructed in basically the same way: welding pipes together! that is just my opinion

Rep Power: 0 Thats pretty beat that someone asks a question for help on a forum and all they hear is their spelling mistakes. So i spelled V-Tec wrong, and said headers, not header, glad to see you guys are more focused on how people spell than talkin cars and motors. This is the first post i put on this site, thanks for showing me how people really are on here....

on our header, its no big deal big brands over cheap ones, cause the design of our header is practically the same for each brand. HP Racing makes a long header but it has caused too many problems to count it. So every other shorty headers may perform about the same.

Rep Power: 0 I did do some research before i came on here...Im not that stupid...I just am not into those brands like kamakazi and all them...I was looking into DC Sports but i cant find one by them, nor Comptech. Not saying that the brands you guys mentioned are shitty, i just keep clear of the smaller brands like that. I dont know, thats just me tho, no offense to you guys. And i know you guys prolly think i dont know **** about cars after i [I]spelled [I] wrong, but i know my fair share, not eveyrhting, but im working on it. Thanks for your help, and my bad if i did sound like a **** before but i just didnt like how i asked a question and the only thing i heard besides a little help, was how to spell. But its cool, thanks

Rep Power: 260 you will not find anything by DC or Comptech or any big name brand, they are not interested in a non-vtec header, the market is not big enough on an LX...that is why they only make them for the EX. so if you want a header, you will have to get a Kamakazi and as for them having a name, they do have one they just don't have the market share of DC and Comptech....besides that, the big names had to start somewhere too you know!

Rep Power: 0 Yeah i know that...Its tough trying to find alot of products for the LX...I took a little work to get my exhaust, there were companies who had it, but not many, and not the ones i wanted. Trust me if it was up to me i woulda got the v-tec. at the time i didnt mind, with it beign my first car, but now i regret it

that's my point buddy, the major companies do not SPECIFICALLY make an LX header! i understand all the custom work that needs to be performed. if i understand correctly, the guy who posted this just wanted to buy the header and stick it on, not do a lot of custom work to make function. by all means, correct me if i am wrong here, wait a second, SOMEONE PLEASE CLOSE THIS! this is a topic has been beaten to death not to mention posted several other times!
