HAving problem with Aem CIA
HAving problem with Aem CIA
Hi guys I went to install my new intake today and i ran into a problem. My car is a 03civic EX 5SPD. THe first pipe was fine which run from the throttle body and then end. The first pipe also matched up with the mounting bracket. But the second pipe deson't seem to fit. IT's like interfering with the clutch line and the battery bracket. I took the battery out but seems to interfere with the clutch line. NAy help is greatly appreciated. Thanx.
I need TP for my bunghole

btw, make sure you have the right kit. The the EX is the 21-500.
Any Idea who might carry these spare parts rather then the whole CAI. I got the intake off 2k2civ34 but he sent me the incomplete setup and I told I would get it mount but haven't gotten any responses to my pm's. So i am happy with the deal I got.

When I had my CAI on my LX, i ran into the same problem. Near the end of the CAI was rubbing against the clutch line. I kept trying to unmount the CAI and remount/adjust the pipes, but it would still be touching the clutch line. As a result, I got rid of the CAI....
