I Am Looking On Getting A Exhaust Pretty Soon, But One Little Thing Is Holding Me Back An Trying To Decide On Whitch Exhaust To Go With, The Greddy Evo2 Or Hks Hi-power Rear Section Muffler. I Like How The Greddy Looks And Sounds, But I Also Like The Price Of The Hks. I Want To Hear All Your Guy's Thoughts On Both These Fine Brands.

i recently bought the GREDDY evo2 and I like it. Sometimes when you barely step on the gas on low RPM your car sounds ALMOST like the g35 and 350s, not exactly but almost. i say greddy.

the HKS is really nice, too bad its not a cat back. Only problem is if you dropped your car really low, you'll have to adjust the way you drive due to the slanted muffler

Good luck finding the HKS, I've been trying to get ahold of one for months. I've only been able to find used one, and I'm not down with that. HKS has been having some shipping issues so the little sucker is on back-order.

just get custom mandrel bent piping to a GOOD muffler (cheaper) ...but out of those 2 id go for the GREDDY EVO2

Unfortunately the fact is simple, you won't be able to find the HKS Hi-power rear-section. Oh, and if you look on E-bay for one, DO NOT BUY FROM A COMPANY CALLED QUALIFIEDJAPANESEPARTS. They always claim to have 1 or 2 in stock but they don't actually have them. They give you the run-around about a refund until you file a claim with E-bay...

How about Espelir JGT 500 exhaust? Made in Japan. From the same company that makes Volk Rays Racing wheels. Its a little on the loud side, but thats what the silencer is for! its slightly angled towars the right as well!

That's wierd i was deciding among the two too...Friend said go with the greddy, i'm not for the sound either...If i'm lucky i should be able to get one within this week probably today and installed too for like 475 for a new. Not sure if that's cheap but that's how much most people seem to sell it to me for...I might get one for 450 but it might take awhile because greddy is on backorder right now for the evo 2. If i cant get the greddy today i might just wait to get it for 450..is that a good price?...

I ono go with the greddy but HKS seems pretty nice too i'll let you know how it goes if i do get the greddy today

seriously, haha too many people have the greddy, i honestly dont think it even sounds that great either, and from what Dezod said, the greddy tends to over time get raspier, and lose it's original tone, i can testify to that cuz my friend has the evo2 on his ephatch and it sounds alot more raspier than when it was new, he's only had it for a year now too so eh.. it's up to you, and your selections kinda limited, greddy or hks? you should research more on other brands, there're lots of them out there that're good

i 2nd that on the EVO but they dont make that anymore and i dont think he's referring to the EVO? most likely the EVO2, the EVO and the EVO2 sound different, personally EVO1 sounding better to me, but either way, both exhausts go through sound changes over a period of time and tends to keep changing the longer you have it on so eh.. dont know about greddy
