I am about to buy a header......I looked at where my exhaust manifold is now, it looks easy to install it..........how easy is it to install........what do u have to take off, if anything else.

not to difficult to do, what kind of header are you getting and what model is your car?

hardest part is getting the bolts off, some of them are on pretty tight.

ya not too bad, prolly have to jack up the car to get the bottom two bolts. Make sure you have good socket wrench and tools so you don't strip bolts. Get PB blaster

just remember when you are unscrewing the bolts that it is counterclockwise. and get someone to be there with you with a car so if you need something you can go get it. and try to have the car cold when you change it cause a header gets hot. make sure the bolts to the cat are good too.

like gearbox said, remember to use pb blaster. id start using it a week before you plan on using the headers, just spray some on each time before you go out for a drive.

Not too hard. spray wd40 on bolts. THe hardest bolt is the one by the altantor(sp).
