AEM Cold Air Intake... for autos..
Hey guys, I don't know if you guys noticed it or not on the parts page, but placed a listing for an AEM CAI for autos. I know that we have all heard that AEM wasn't going to make one for autos, but for those of you with autos, check out the listing. I found it at modacar.com when I bought my springs. I have a 5spd, but thought this might be something to look into for those of you with auto tranny's.

They've probably got a mistake on their site: Check here: AEM's WebSite
ALERT ALERT......Only Injen makes a CAI for the Autos, and supposedly, the new
ICEMAN CAI is supposed to fit the autos as well !! That's what the sales rep over at
ICEMAN told me, but who knows.....until I actually see one on an auto, if it does fit, I will
buy the ICEMAN with no hesitation whatsoever.....!!

Cool, I want to see the location of the ICEMAN's filter. Is it like the AEM's? Is it like the Injen? Ooh! Mystery! I swear, why don't the manufacturer's of these things take pictures of them in the engine bay of the car? Isn't it in their best interest to keep the customers informed? I would have bought an ICEMAN months ago if I knew how it looked like.
I agree, they should have pictures of the engine bay, hell, even have a downloadable PDF of the install instructions !!!!
But I think the ICEMAN came out about a month ago or something.....but I look forward to seeing what's up.....may even get
it if it doesn't fit the autos, and just tweak it to where it will work. Plastic is easier to manipulate than aluminum....know what I mean.

ICEMAN's website is - - - - - - - Ice-man.com
I just went to it, but it is down for some reason.......but it should be back up soon.
And if that doesn't work, try www.overboost.com/iceman

Sorry for misinforming you guys and possibly teasing some others by even mentioning that AEM had a CAI for autos. I was mislead myself by Modacar's webpage because the part was listed in the section with the AEM CAI's. Thanks for clearing everything up guys. I thought AEM had just snuck out a CAI for autos without much fanfare.
