that megan down pipe is nice unless you need a cat converter like i do. i just ordered a kamikazi header, i hear good thing's about them.

whatever you choose you're still not gonna see a whole lot of gain. do you have a catback? i have heard good things about kamikaze. let me know what you think once u get it installed.

i'll have it in 2 to 3 weeks. Have all stock exhaust except for muffler, I'm getting 2 or 2 1/4 304 stainless steel piping custom made, randon technology cat converter, apex1 n1 muffler.

hp, kamakazi, or topspeed make good headers. DC sports is similar to stock pipe size, just smoother bends.

hp racing would be great for EX models. no, you do not have to shave ur motor mounts or anything to install an hp shorty header onto your EX.

only two race header really. at least, for the EX.

the recent DC one.. and the HP style one.. that comes in many flavors though.. as that design is also replicated by many other generic manufactures.

i'll wait and see what the DC has to offer if I were you.

Anyway, I might suggest that instead of getting some custom pipe made that you invest another 500.00 in a true cat back kit with mandrel bends and super solid welds. Having Midas bend and weld your pipe will only give you headaches. RS*R ex mag's piping is ceramic coated and super well made.

i donn how true it is but i heard and race header will not pass. If you live in a state that requires emissions, you gotta have a cat converter so heres what i'm gonna do. I allready ordered a kamikaze header, best on the market i have heard, 2 1/4 stainbless pipes random technology cat converter removiable resignator and apexi ns1 muffler. ZI've heard from ppl on here that are running kamikazie, obx, Megan, Ebay Headers with factory or high flow cat converters no problem.
