Are RSX rear seats safe???

I know you have to do a lot of mod to install rear seats....

if the install is done to the rears? are they safe

I HAVE A BABY BOY AND I WANT HIM TO HAVE A SAFE RIDE...

please lemme know before I do the mod

ALSO, if installed, can I still use the trunk latch (trunk access)??

i think its the seatbelts that make it safe, not the seat.

well... since you have to trim the foam a bit i thought it wouldn't be as sturdy

also.. will i still be able to use the trunk access?

Yeah u should be able to aslong as you are able to mod them enough to do so? If the install goes well.. it should be fine..

Are u getting the leather seats cuz I find leather seats to be more slippery lol...

Civic_RedLine will become famous soon enough
u shouldnt do it cuz the rsx seats have a tray in the middle. you gotta put the baby seat in the middle no? I have a little nephew thats 1 year old and when I give him rides sometimes his baby seat has to be in the middle. Plus I hav e nitrous bottle in the trunk so my car is not baby safe at all. I just decided to not take him in the car anymore cause anything can happen. I doubt you will be able to use the rsx leather seats with your baby.

i thought about that... i've actually put on car seats either on the left or right side (not the middle) with my stock seats.. I don't know how it would be with the rsx ones

i planned on puttin on the fronts just for now and the rears later on when the baby is ready to sit facing forward... thanx for the concern though

BTW...i really don't have any engine mods on my car, just K&N FIPK and LX to EX exhaust conversion wid RSX-S muffler so not much chance of my car blowin up LoL

you could sell the rears! and make some money back cuz you got a pretty good deal on them already. And if you really want.. just get ur rear seats reupholstered in matching tan leather

trimming the foam is just to make it fit, the RSX rears are wider than ours.
