when i bought my car.. the dude gave me an Apexi exhuast... unfortunately its not loud enough for my liking (barely noticable). If I were to simply replace the resonator with straight piping, will it increase the sound, or would i have to get a full kit? thanks

no no no no if you are looking for a loud exaust go on ebay get the cheapest one lol even with the silencer is too loud dammm bulieve me tooo loud suck you get tired for a while and cops would be on you're back i got a Flowmaster exaust it sound good and it's low but it sound like the new Z350 with the long intake believe me people said what i hav there that it sound so nice and i don't hav no problems with the cops if they stop me is cuz i did something stupid or cuz of my dark *** tints aight bro i know you want to be notice good luck on you;re desicion....

well you want loudness right... i hate it cuz it's too much vibration too on the car and if you go for a far trip you;re ears would hear for **** when you get there lol well it's up too you my friend i know i hav an ansowe sound peep in my town like it well my civic is the fattes one in my town that is hook up cuz peep turn there car into shyt with all that accesories shyt i just make it simple..

yeah i definately dont want a loud loud exhaust cause i can imagine how annoying it will get.. but something noticable.. a nice deeep sound is wat im goin for.. will this do the trick?

which apexi exhaust do you have? I'm assuming WS cuz its quiet... i have the WS.. it sounds like stock for about 3 months, then after it is worn in, you can hear it... I didn't notice it in the car at first, but let someone drive your car, and listen from the outside.. you should be able to hear it. It sounds really good once it gets going.. i wouldn't want a exhaust much louder then that, it gets annoying after a while (especially if you don't need it.. no fi)

yep to loud it get annoying i don't like it plus mean while it vibrate alot i would only use it if i was gonna race thas it but for daily drive uhh ohhh nooo....
like i said you hav the money it's up to you what you buy loud or not i know i bought mine and it makes a very nice sound low but decent not exagerated like some people hav loud a$$ muffler and you see them slow a$$ hell lol now thas funny cuz it's just the muffler it does'nt move (slow a$$ car) lol i mean thas what probably you are looking for to scare people out...lol
