fyi like all exhaust systems for our cars it doesnt do much, the one thing i can say about it is it's quiet. no ricer sound and if you get a high flow cat it actually sounds a lil throty (sp)

The older members from this site (before it went through changes/original site) used to swear by this exhaust...like it was the best one for our cars...

i wouldnt suggest it, its WAY to loud and provides nothing as far as a "noticable gain". i'd look into the GReddy exhaust or skunk2, they are softer and will provide the same hp gain (which really isnt anything) as the tanabe.

The GReddy line is real quiet at first, but once the glass pack inside melts down, they get much louder and raspy over time.
The Tanabe Super Racing Medalion is nice on quality like GReddy, but is very raspy from the get go. I'd recommend the GReddy SP2, Tanabe Hyper Medalion or A'PEXi World Sport 2. These are the nicest quality stock style exhausts I have seen.
If your looking into the N1 or circuit style and want minimal sound, great look and ultra ligth weight, 5 Zigen Fireball. Nice noticeable torque increase too.
