I have a tsudo n1 exhaust. It has 2.5" pipes. This exhaust is very loud. If I were to have a shop change the midpipe to 2', from cat to axle, add a new resonator, will this quiet the exhaust? I like the look of the exhaust, but it is just to loud!

Just add a resonator. that should quiet it down a bit.

The exhaust has a resonator. I also bought a silencer for it too. It lessens the noise, but not by much. I think smaller piping would work. I just want to hear from someone who would know from experience.

Tsudo exhaust are just plain loud have 2 friends in our club that have 01+ civics one with a Tsudo fireball and an N-1 and they both are loud the fireball is loud but not that bad once you put in a header. Your best bet is to get another resonator or get a Greddy EvoI or II exhaust. I had an HKS and it wasnt loud, I actually wanted it louder. I am looking into a full header back system from Megan.

Also if anyone currently has a Megan exhaust on or has a sound clip that would be great. Let me know how you like it. Explain how it sounds..

Larger piping will always make the exhaust louder.
