i just talked to exospeed.com and they are willing to deal with anyone and everything....they offer all of those jobs....and they have a good reputation too... check them out civic01vtec at www.exospeed.com
Exospeed rocks! Great customer service and everything you could ever want for performance including engine builds (rods, pistons, sleeving, OEM honda parts). They get their blocks sleeved by RS Machines (if you dont know RS Machines you need to do some research).

We specialize in the hardcore racing parts for the racing enthusiast.
You can see our Ads in Dragsport/Dsport, TPR, and Grassroots Motorsports magazines.
Exospeed Racing Products is involved in many different motorsports. Autocross, Drag Racing, as well as Road Racing. We are currently East Coast Honda Challenge Contigency Sponsors for the 2004 season. We also participate and support our customers in the following races: IDRC, Batle of the Imports, CMI and NHRA races on the West Coast. You can also see us at the local test n tunes with some of our customers at LA County Raceway, Fontana Speedway and sometimes at the Q in San Diego.
As you can see, we are active in the sport and if you are on the West Coast, Im sure you'll see us at all the events.
Other than engine building, we also specialize in suspension, Drag wheels, slicks, custom camshafts, and other necesarry parts for racing.
Feel free to contact us for any information or questions. We are developing an extensive Race Engine building program for the D17. Which will include big bore sleeves and custom compression pistons for the Turbo guys.
Thanks
