Misfire code

My car has been throwing random multiple misfire codes ever since I put my CM Flywheel in, I had the Gude cam in before the flywheel and have had no problems with it. I have put new, coils, plugs, and a new O2 sensor and it has not solved the problem, I think I might have an issue with my computer accepting these upgrades, do you guys now of anyone who sells a ECU upgrade or a new ECU that could help me with this problem.

any other ideas on what to do?

check out robbear.com or dezod.com for jet ecu upgrade, they give 7thgen members a discount and they have excellent price on their parts...

But first try taking your battery ground off and let it set for about an hour... Then hook it back up... start if up and let it idle for about 20-30minutes don't press the gas pedal, just let it idle, and turn it off for about another half hour and start it back up it should get rid of that backfire... That's what happened to my ride when I changed SP/I/H/CB/E at the same time...

This should allow your computer to reboot...
