Rsr Ex Mag - Do Not Buy!!!!!!!
Please take my advice an do not buy this cat back exhaust - I want to remain to be one of the very few that have bought it
All I can say is the exhaust is perfect, in every way! Not too loud, just perfect. I was actually surprised, it's a little louder than I'de expected.
But the cool thing is when you here my car, you can tell it's aftermarket, but suttle, not obnoxious at all.
My only problem is it comes a little too close to my Kaminari rear lip - I'm thinking maybe longer rubber hangers maybe, it's close, and Im worried it might melt the lip. Not sure really how hot it gets.
Anyways, that's my only complaint. The quality is there, and it sounds awesome. So do me a favor and don't mention this to anyone, and please don't go out and buy it

Let it break in... It WILL quiet down some more. Its also a little temperature sensitive. The ceramic coating needs to warm up and then it will quiet down some in compared to when you first start it. And it doesn't seem to get very hot cuz the ceramic keeps the heat in, and cuz the tip has a liner in it, most of the heat stays in the actual pipe and doesn't get the shiny finisher very hot.
I know this... after all, I took the chance and bought it first

For those who wanted info on performance gains:
It's hard to tell if there are any in the low RPM's. I know for sure it has a little more top end, but not oh my God - seat of your pants hp. I think the only true measure would be a dyno - which I don't have access to. Did you feel any diff with an intake? Come on now, your not going to feel much gains with a catback exhaust.
I bought the exhaust for looks, sound, the fact that it will last a REALLY long time (stainless steel) and because of the minor hp gains it will produce, simple as that. I've been thinking of getting an exhaust for a while, but hate hearing the typical fart can crap from most mufflers. Or being deaf and not being able to hear my stereo cause of the dronnng rumble! This exhaust sounds really nice - and it's not going to attract cops - which I don't need the hassle of.
Overall I think it's the best sounding exhaust I've heard, quality is great, and price was reasonable too. I paid $550 for it shipped.

hmm...i may sell of my tanabe for this! i'm going to lose the sound of it with turbo anyways and this exhaust does look more like a sleeper exhaust which is what i want my car to be. it doesnt have a giant muffler and the exhaust tip isnt oversized either so it doesnt look like i would scrape either, any sound clips?
