i use stuff called b&g synchroshift tranny fluid.... VERY nice... very nice indeed.... shifts were MUCH smoother with it in, even after 6pcuk andnew flywheel.. VERY SMOOTH.... get some.. like $15 a bottle, our cars use about 1-1/2-2 bottles.... VERY nice.. otherwise, REDLINE is very nice if you want....
