I was in downtown bellevue And i saw a silver LX sedan, with altezzas and some stickers, one said "bad boy", and had a chrome barbwire liscense plate frame. anyones on here?

I have also seen that civic also. I've seen in mostly in Bellevue cause I am a student at BCC. I have seen it at least once at both downtown Seattle and Alki.
